Alexandr Voloshyn MD

MD, PhD, Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon, Phlebologist.

He graduated from Zaporizhzhya State Medical University with honors. He passed internship in the specialty "surgery", master's and postgraduate study in the specialty "cardiovascular surgery".

In 2014, he defended his PhD thesis on the treatment of patients with atherosclerotic lesions of the arteries of the lower extremities, under the guidance of Academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor AS Nikonenko at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after NN. Amosov NAMS of Ukraine ”, Kyiv.

Since 2012 he is a member of the International and European Association of Vascular Surgeons, Association of Angiologists, Phlebologists and Vascular Surgeons of Ukraine.

He is the author of more than 50 scientific and popular scientific articles on diagnostics, treatment and prevention of patients with diseases of arteries and veins, co-author of 4 declarative patents of Ukraine for inventions and 5 monographs.

Perfectly owns all kinds of surgical operations on the main arteries and veins. Specializes in mini-invasive treatments for patients with cardiovascular disease:

endovenous methods of treatment of varicose veins (EVLK, RFA, VenaBlock, VenaSeal, all types of sclerotherapy and thermocoagulation)
endovascular X-ray surgery and interventional radiology (angioplasty, stenting and recanalization of the main vessels)
cell technology (PRP + VEGF therapy) in the treatment of patients with chronic lower extremity ischemia.
Annually he presents scientific reports at national and international conferences on the treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases. He regularly attends master classes and training in vascular surgery, phlebology and angiology, incorporating the latest world-class innovations into daily practice.
